30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely confident in the fit, comfort, and finish of your Mercer Standard wardrobe. We gladly accept returns and size exchanges within 30 days of package delivery.

• Items must be in unworn, unwashed condition with original tags attached.
• Domestic size exchanges are processed completely free of charge.
• Refunds are returned directly to your original payment method via Stripe within 3–5 business days of receipt at our studio.

Lifetime Craftsmanship Repair Guarantee

We construct our trench coats, knitwear, and trousers to be heirloom pieces. If at any point during the life of your garment you experience a failure of materials or stitching under normal wear:

• We will repair the garment in our New York studio free of charge.
• If unrepairable, we will replace the piece with a current archival equivalent or issue a store credit.

How to Initiate a Return

To generate a prepaid return shipping label, email our concierge team at info@mercerstandard.shop with your order reference number (e.g., MS-123456). We will supply a printable label and instructions within 24 hours.
